The City has received a development application from Cascadia Green Development to amend the City’s Official Community Plan and Zoning bylaw to permit the construction of a mixed-use (commercial and residential) development. The project contemplates three buildings – one four storey residential building, one five storey mixed-use building, and one four storey mixed use building – spread over the 400-Block of East 3rd Street and 341-343 St. Davids Avenue. The application proposes 181 residential units, 2439 square metres of commercial space, and a childcare facility served by 220 parking spaces located in an underground parkade.
