Off-leash area in Moodyville PLEASE!
The area of moodyville is developing rapidly with many townhouses and apartments. This means NO BACKYARDS! The park developed for kids and people is amazing and so beautiful but we don't have anywhere to take our pets. The "Moodyville dog park" isn't fenced or landscaped at all. There would be benefits to everyone to have it as a safe community area we could use to spend time together with neighbours and our dogs. It would help with dog waste on the sidewalks and neighbouring properties. A fenced area would keep runners, bikers, kids, adults safer. The area is ripe with theft right now and if there was a space where dog neighbours could chat with each other, it could only help create a safer community. Dog walkers are out patrolling the streets more than anyone else! 😉
