St Andrew ave changes

To whom this may concern,

I am a student at a local school named Alcuin College. I think that the construction of the second sidewalk is vital. I think this because sometimes single sidewalks become congested making it difficult to socially distance and having a second sidewalk would make walking on this road more convenient. The lowering of the speed limit may be very controversial, but I think that it would make the neighborhood safer. I think this because there are many children in this area, as there are two schools and a park near St Andrews avenue, therefore this is an area frequently visited by pedestrians and lowering the speed limit would help reduce accidents.
