Why are we conducting engagement?

Following direction from City Council in March 2024, we’re exploring ways to make disc golf the primary focus of Eastview Park, while mitigating the impacts on other park users. We’re building concepts that follow four core principles shaped by Phase 1 engagement held in summer 2023:

  • Ensuring safety for all visitors
  • Improving trails and circulation
  • Supporting a healthy forest ecology
  • Creating a thoughtful disc golf experience suitable for a neighborhood park

Share your thoughts on proposed concepts

The City invites you to learn more about the proposed concepts for Eastview Park and share your feedback! Your input will help us understand how well the two concepts align with the design principles. We’ll use what we hear to refine a final concept that will be presented to City Council for review and decision in late 2025. Share your thoughts:

  1. Attend one of two open houses
